Vikram AI is funded and maintained independently by a student. As such, we cannot promise enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards (e.g., 99.9% uptime). Services may be throttled, updated, or taken down temporarily for maintenance without prior warning depending on server loads and API credit constraints.
3. Output Reliability & Liability
The generative content provided by the platform is based on probabilities. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or correctness. You expressly agree that Vikram AI and its founder hold zero liability for any decisions made, actions taken, or damages incurred based on the AI's output.
4. Code of Conduct
You agree to interact with the platform ethically. Prohibited actions include:
- Generating hateful, abusive, explicitly violent, or illegal content.
- Attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or breach our API endpoints and backend architecture.
- Executing automated attacks or bypassing free-tier rate limits to hoard system resources.
5. Intellectual Property
The UI design, conceptual framework, website graphics, and proprietary frontend code belong to the founder of Vikram AI. However, the text and content you actively generate using the platform are yours to use, subject strictly to the underlying source model's licensing restrictions (e.g., Sarvam AI, OpenAI, etc.).
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this service or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
