I am Mihir.

I don't have a PhD. I don't have millions in VC funding. I am a student from Gujarat with a laptop, an internet connection, and an obsession.

I watched as AI became a luxury product controlled by closed-door boardrooms in Silicon Valley. I asked myself: "Why can't India have its own ecosystem? Why can't we build tools that are powerful, linguistically diverse, yet incredibly accessible?"

Vikram AI is my answer. Now integrating homegrown models like Sarvam AI, it is a living statement that innovation doesn't require massive funding. It requires intent.

The Strategic Roadmap

Phase 1: Aggregation & Localization (Current)

Curating the world's best open-source models alongside Indian models (Sarvam) through a unified, ad-free interface. Proving the UI/UX architecture.

Phase 2: Hardware Sovereignty

Securing dedicated GPU servers locally in India. Transitioning entirely from third-party APIs to strictly self-hosted inference to guarantee data privacy.

Phase 3: The Native Ecosystem

A full suite of multimodal tools—Voice, Vision, Code—running exclusively on affordable, Indian-owned infrastructure.
